This listing was one of the most custom designs I have ever seen. Built to be small at under 2,500 sqft but three floors tall with an elevator, the more time I spent the more I appreciated the main floor raised well above ground level. our main difficulty with this home were the tight spaces and lack of natural lighting in the "center" of the home. Shooting about half in HDR significantly helped amplify the quality when natural lighting was available.

While sunset lighting makes for exceptionally stunning photos, capturing this lighting correctly inside the home is relatively difficult. To be able to properly illuminate the space without overexposing light sources, we must practice HDR shooting for almost every shot. We would also like to note that we provided nearly 100 edited photos for this listing a no additional cost as we simply could not choose between so many!
